| Inhalt | "In the 1980`s a woman leaves her husband and her children in Germany in order to live in the African bush. 17 years later we meet Ursula Heimer - alias Usch - in a tiny village in Togo, where she has been living in her own eccentri world ever since."Usch in the Bush" is a character-based film that aims to explore the politics of dislocation. Focusing on lived experience in self-chosen exile, the film is a portrayal of a determined woman who has left her familiy and home in search of autonomy and ease.
